Newlyn School of Art Presents: Sentinel

Dates: 26th – 28th September 2025
Private view: Friday, 26th September, 5 – 9pm (No RSVP required)
Exhibition open: Saturday & Sunday, 10am – 4pm

The ‘Sentinel’ exhibition brings together artists from the Newlyn School of Art, each responding to the theme of guardianship over our landscape. The collective aims to highlight the urgent need to witness and record the changing environment, be it rising sea levels, drought, pollution, or the broader impacts of human activity. This exhibition serves as a call to action, urging reflection on our relationship with the land and our role in its preservation.

Newlyn Society of Artists: Perspectives

Following the success of their previous exhibitions, the Newlyn Society of Artists returns with ‘Perspectives.’ This show features a diverse range of works from the society’s members, each offering unique viewpoints and interpretations of the world around us. Terra Mater Art Presents: Forest

Dates: 13–24 November 2025
Gallery Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 11am–4pm

Terra Mater Art returns to Tremenheere Gallery with ‘Forest,’ an exhibition that delves into the intricate beauty of woodland ecosystems. Featuring paintings by Jill Eisele, Karen McEndoo, Katherine Nicholls, and Jan Phethean, as well as ceramics by Katie Bunnell and Linda Styles, the show explores the interconnectedness of forest life. The artists, united by a passion for nature and environmental awareness, aim to create inspiring, eco-conscious exhibitions that celebrate the natural world.

Wishlist 2025

Dates: 29–30 November 2025
Gallery Hours: 11am–5pm

Wishlist returns to Tremenheere Gallery for its fourth year, showcasing original art & prints, jewellery, ceramics, handmade clothes, books, food, produce, and much more. This festive market offers a unique opportunity to find one-of-a-kind gifts crafted by local artists and makers. The event coincides with the return of Ladydowns Christmas Trees to Tremenheere, adding to the seasonal charm.
