The festive season is upon us, and though the Gardens are closed for their winter break, there’s still plenty happening at Tremenheere through November and December: From wholesome festive events to Christmas eats and treats, here’s what’s happening over the next few weeks:
WISHLIST, 30th November & 1st December
Running across both floors of Tremenheere Gallery, Wishlist returns for 2024, showcasing original art & prints, jewellery, ceramics, handmade clothes, books, food, produce and much more.
Open both days, 11am – 5pm. FREE entry.
Tremenheere Kitchen will also be open throughout the day, including the evening, when they’ll be serving their Steak Night menu from 5.30pm.
Ladydowns Christmas Trees, 23rd November – 23rd December
Ladydowns Christmas Trees return to Tremenheere. Find them at the Gallery end of the car park daily, 8.30am – 5pm.
There will be five varieties to choose from, including a range of sizes and potted ‘plant out later’ trees, all available to view and purchase.
An evening of songs and stories with Boilerhouse and Annamaria Murph, Friday 20th December – 7pm
Boilerhouse is a five-piece acapella group who put their passion, joy and love of singing into every performance. Here is a band rooted in the Cornish singing tradition but looking out to the world.
Annamaria Murphy is a writer for BBC Radio 4 & Kneehigh Theatre. Anna creates magical tales that combine humour with insight, drawn from her long experience of writing stories, poetry and plays.
For pre performance supper, Tremenheere Kitchen will be open from 5.30pm serving their Christmas party menu – booking, pre-order and deposit essential.
Christmas at Tremenheere Kitchen, from 27th November
Tremenheere Kitchen will be adding its festive Christmas party menu to our offerings every lunchtime (excluding Sundays) and every Friday and Saturday night!
They can cater for small or larger groups with a maximum of 30 guests for evening meals.
Christmas Shopping at Tremenheere
The Shop at Tremenheere will be open offering unique Christmas decorations and gifts crafted by an array of local artists, including prints, jewellery, ceramics, art materials, books and more.
Surreal Succulents will also be opening offering wonderful gifts perfect for the gardeners and house plant lovers of the family.
Garden Entry Gift Vouchers
Purchase a gift voucher for any amount, starting from £13.50 (equivalent to one single entry adult ticket). If you need help choosing an amount, 2025 garden admission costs can be found on Plan Your Visit.
Please note that gift vouchers can only be used towards garden entry at Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens and cannot be used at the Gallery, Kitchen, Nursery or Shop.
