There are three opportunities this summer to see Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens outside of normal opening hours and to experience the James Turrell Skyspace at dusk. Background illumination under lights the ceiling of the Skyspace and provides a subtle contrast with the sky. The shifting balance between the interior and exterior light will provide a contemplative and hypnotic transition. Led by Neil Armstrong, Tremenheere Director.
The first two events takes place on Friday 26th July and Friday 9th August, with the gardens open from 7.30pm and meeting in the James Turrell Skyspace at 9pm.
The final event take place on Friday 23rd August with the gardens open from 6:45pm and meeting in the James Turrell Skyspace at 8:10pm.
