Carers Week 2026: Free Garden Entry for Carers (including independent visits).
We’re pleased to once again support Carers Week, offering free garden entry to carers throughout the week.
Running from 8–14 June 2026, Carers Week is a national campaign that recognises the vital contribution of unpaid carers across the UK. This year’s theme, “Building Carer Friendly Communities”, highlights the importance of creating more supportive, understanding environments within local communities, workplaces, and everyday spaces.
Supporting Carers at Tremenheere
At Tremenheere, carers already receive free entry all year round when visiting alongside the person they care for.
During Carers Week, we extend this further by offering free entry for carers visiting on their own, providing an opportunity to take some time out, rest, and enjoy the gardens independently.
A Space to Pause
We hope this additional offer creates a small window of time for carers to step away from their daily responsibilities and spend time in a calm and restorative environment.
Whether it’s a quiet walk through the gardens, a moment of stillness, or simply time to sit and reflect, Tremenheere offers space to slow down.
About Carers Week
Carers Week is an annual national campaign dedicated to recognising and supporting unpaid carers. Across the UK, over five million people provide care for family members, friends, or loved ones.
The week brings together charities, organisations, and communities to raise awareness, share resources, and encourage better support for carers, helping to reduce isolation and ensure carers feel seen and valued.
We look forward to welcoming you.
