A Self-Curated Retreat Day at Tremenheere

Saturday 9 May

On Saturday 9 May, Tremenheere offers the opportunity to experience the gardens as a self-curated retreat, a day shaped by movement, rest, nourishment, and time in nature.

Rather than a single structured programme, the day brings together two complementary experiences. Visitors are invited to take part in one or both, creating their own rhythm between practice, stillness, and time in the landscape.

Morning Yoga with Reiki

The day begins with Yoga with Reiki in the Upper Gallery (9.15am – 90 minutes), led by Fran Lewis Yoga and Tremenheere’s (Coskewis) Polly.

This gentle, restorative session combines mindful movement with Reiki, guiding participants through a slow, steady flow that gradually softens into deep rest. The focus is on easing both body and mind, creating space to arrive fully into the day.

Garden entry is included with your yoga ticket, and afterwards, why not stay for breakfast or lunch in Tremenheere Kitchen, allowing the morning to extend into a slower, more grounded experience within the gardens.

Final places remain available.

Nourishment & Time to Pause

Throughout the day, Tremenheere Kitchen will be serving seasonal breakfasts, lunches and refreshments, a chance to pause, refuel, and stay present within the landscape.

Alongside this, the Tremenheere Shop offers a curated wellness range, with gifts, soaps, herbs, candles, crystals and more, chosen to support rest, ritual, and everyday wellbeing. It’s an invitation to carry a little of the Tremenheere feeling home with you.

Wild Sauna with a View

Mor Holan Wild Spa & Sauna returns to Tremenheere on the 9 & 10 May (10am – 5pm), offering a different and equally restorative way to experience the landscape.

Their wood-fired sauna invites you into cycles of heat and cool air, rest and renewal, a simple, elemental rhythm that deepens your connection to the outdoors.

It’s an opportunity to pause, reset, and experience the gardens in a more embodied way.

Booking is required.

A Day to Rest and Reset

Together, these experiences offer the shape of a retreat day without fixed structure, one that can be gently self-directed.

Whether you join for yoga, sauna, time in the Kitchen, or simply wandering the gardens, Saturday 9 May is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and spend time in nature in a more intentional way.

We look forward to welcoming you.
