🧘 Our Wellness Weekend starts tomorrow, with events on both Fri and Sat (very final few spots available - book via link in bio) and the Wellness Fair taking place at Tremenheere Gallery on Sun, 11am - 4pm (follow @the_shop_tremenheere for more info).

@tremenheerekitchen will be serving their Wellness Weekend menu on both Fri and Sat, including Smoothies, Breakfast Acai Bowls, Lunch Buddha Bowls, Power Balls and Cleansing Mocktails.

@morholansauna_wildspa, originally just onsite Fri and Sat, have now extended into Sun, with extra slots now bookable (do so directly via @morholansauna_wildspa ).

🌵 The Gardens’ Locals’ Offer is almost coming to an end (running until 30th March) and this weekend is the perfect opportunity to take advantage of the deal, which allows residents of Cornwall to purchase discounted single entry Garden tickets - link in bio to find out more and book tickets.

To kick start the new season, we’re running our ever-popular Locals’ Offer, where Cornwall residents may explore all that Tremenheere has to offer in March/early spring at a discounted rate.

Simply book your tickets online or purchase them at the ticket office, and show proof of your Cornwall address on arrival. Online booking and full details can be found via the link in bio.

The Sculpture Gardens are open daily, 10.30am – 4.30pm with last entry at 3.30pm.

It’s now only one week until the start of Ground

It’s now only one week until the start of Grounded: Wellness Weekend at Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens and we couldn’t be more excited.

Running the 14th - 16th March, you can expect:

Friday 14th - A schedule of wellness events designed to help you feel more rooted this Spring - Yoga and Reiki, Breathwork and Sound Journeys in the James Turrell Skyspace. The original events all sold out quickly, but we’ve managed to schedule second events for each, all of which still have a few places remaining - book via our website. @helen_kelynack @resonantbeing.

Saturday 15th - A full day retreat led by @franlewisyoga and @coskewispolly, focusing on yoga, reiki and meditation. Also includes a two-course lunch at @tremenheerekitchen, a one hour @morholansauna_wildspa sauna session and time to explore the Gardens. A few places remaining - book via our website.

Friday and Saturday - Tremenheere Kitchen will be served a specially curated Wellness Weekend Well and Mor Holan Sauna and Wild Spa will be onsite both day. Booking recommended - do so directly.

Sunday 16th - Tremenheere Gallery will be taken over by the Wellness Fair, organised by @the_shop_tremenheere, showcasing a selection of Cornish makers and producers with a focus on wellbeing, nature, intention setting and self care. Open 11am - 4pm.

‘A number of cuttings were taking from this plant in 2024, all of which have rooted and been planted in newly developed sunny, free draining beds. The cuttings sat in poly tunnels over winter, which at any point dropped to -4c - completely unfazed by the freeze and showing amazing cold tolerance.’
